Right from Childhood, I've always been creative at heart and decided to make it my career. I joined the BDes program of IIT Guwahati in this pursuit. Here I delved into different creative fields viz Graphic Design, Animation, 3D and interaction design. Being a multi-disciplinary creative helped me become a well-rounded thinker.

I started my professional journey at Onething Design Studio, where I got to experience how Design agencies worked and got to work directly with clients.

At Sprinklr, I dived into the world of enterprise UX. I shipped several improvements to Sprinklr Advocacy, including a new visual design direction.

I then moved to Innovaccer, a silicon valley unicorn disrupting US Healthcare where I was the first in-house Product designer on the product InRef where I collaborated in a fast-paced environment and shipped multiple core features.

I'm currently working at Nected and trying to learn the ins and outs of building a startup. We're building a B2B No-code/Low-code workflow automation tool to help businesses iterate faster and save costs.

I’ve come to realise that design has the power to change the world so I see building stuff as almost something spiritual, I find bliss in always having 'work in progress' ideas in my mind.

I’m always trying to find the right balance between ambitious and doable. I first think about the best possible solution if there were no constraint. I then prioritise ruthlessly and come up with something that can be built at the earliest. I’m highly execution oriented and obsess about the small details. I also like to give personality to products by using branding and micro interactions.

I just love designing, and I’ve realised that my passion towards my craft and solving problems is what matters more than generic design processes and jargon.

I try to practice Good Design and I’m fascinated by ‘Timeless design’; Design that’s bared down to only the essentials, neglecting trends.

I’m obsessed with music. Mostly listening to Dream pop, rock and alternative. Some of my favourite artists are Beach House, Alt-J, Flume and Kanye West.

I love mind bending thriller movies by Christopher Nolan, David Fincher, Denis Villenueve etc. I feel most of A24 movies are certified classics.

I’m currently playing Elden Ring and trying not to die every other moment.

I love going on long walks with my dog and we both can’t resist the smell of biryani.
